Dan Del Real is the Founder and CEO of Del Real Commercial, a vertically integrated Brokerage and Media Company. Dan first obtained his license in 2005, and has experience working with several business models at Tinetti Realty Group, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Berkshire Hathaway and KW Commercial.  

Dan's dedication to the real estate industry is evident through his Membership and service on various Boards and Committees including; the Merced County Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2020) and the Northern California CCIM Chapter Board of Directors (2021-2022).  

In January 2024, Dan and his wife and Business Partner Victoria Del Real, launched Del Real Commercial, a real estate brokerage with a commitment to providing exemplary leadership and training resources, further enhancing their ability to serve the Merced community, Agents, and Clients effectively.

As a lifelong Merced resident, I’ve seen the changes in this community, and the impact on our community. Together with my husband and business partner, Dan, we’ve built our life here—raising our children, growing our business, and investing in the future of our community. They are the driving force behind making life happen in Merced.

In my role as COO at Del Real & Company, I combine my strategic thinking and attention to detail to run our commercial real estate brokerage with efficiency & professionalism. I take pride in the work we do and the way we do it. I want to make sure we provide great service and a fair deal.
